today the importance of security has been a major issue in corporate houses, because of many company's getting into the security business cause as they say we (india) have unlimited manpower so why not use it. but security is not just an manpower deployment work it is much more than that, its bout giving your client the confidence of securing his premises in a way that he doesn't have to worry bout it more and just work towards his business development.
Many a times it is has been viewed that the corporate brands try to cut costs by giving there precious building in the hands of new companies who don't have much knowledge neither do they have the correct manpower required for it. In this process the company which employ such security agencies always end up incurring looses, the reason behind this is that big brands in security today also don't really pay attention as they become a "brand" there services tend to become weak and they end up loosing contracts, i wouldn't want to include names here, you can check the top ten security company's in india.
Now the question arrises as to how to trust a small company ? how to trust a start -up ? well the answer is simple you don't need to ... you just need to see the profile f the owners of the company whether a start-up or not, every company represents its owners and staff, MEET THEM !! and you will know which company to trust. For e.g. a company which has been there since 10 years into the business called G3 security, Bold security and fire service. few company's like these are making a difference in the market, WHY ?? Cause even though there have been in the market for so long the operations and marketing still is handled by there owners themselves. they don't blindly depend on there staff to manage everything.
So my main purpose of writing this is that the awareness bout security is restricted to people who are from DEFENCE background cause they really know the real importance of it !!
